Contract Win: Hampshire County Council
Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, a boiler energy efficiency technology, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract by M& E provider Corrigenda Group Services totalling £316,299 for the installation of its M2G technology in a major English County Council’s corporate estate. It is expected that these revenues will be recognised in the current financial year.
The project is to install M2G in approximately 86 buildings which will include libraries, art centres, residential care homes, offices and museums within the Council’s corporate estate. The order follows a successful pilot of M2G across a number of the Council’s buildings and was referred to in the trading update announced on 1 June 2010.
The County Council is a founder member of the Climate South East Partnership and has a target of reducing CO2 by 10% by 2011 from 2005 levels.
Alan O’Brien Chief Executive for Sabien commented:
“We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and look forward to starting the roll out of M2G in the Council’s buildings shortly. Installation of M2G will have an immediate effect on the Council’s energy bill and CO2 emissions.”
