Overview of Sabien's project management process

1. Asset Log Analysis

Typically the asset log is used to scope the scale of the project and enables M2G compatibility checks to be completed for all boilers within the estate. If a asset log is not available Sabien are able to work with the client to ensure the project is delivered on time.

2. Agree Scope of Project

Each client is different, this can be as a a result of the size of the estate, organisational structure, estate strategy, 3rd party management (M&E, Facility Management partners). As a consequence Sabien agrees with the client the approach the client wants to take. Once this is agreed Sabien with deliver a Scopes of Work document, detailing how the project will be delivered. Communication structures are put into place ensuring all stakeholders within the clients organisation are fully aware of the project and the latest status. Sabien project reporting enables the client to be aware of the project status and any issues/developments in the project.

3. Project Management

Each client has one point of contact via their project manager. The project manager is responsible for managing the projects documents, clients queries and laising with the various stakeholders involved in the project. Sabien has years of experience project managing installations for clients with 1or 2 buildings to nationwide estates with 1,000+ buildings.

Installations are completed by experienced engineers covering the UK. Sabien also offers the option to train the clients incumbent FM provider.
