Sabien installed 77 M2Gs across the Renfrewshire Council estate, saving an average reduction of gas consumption of around 14% with a 1.7 year payback.
During 2014 Durham County Council conducted a measurement and verification (M&V) project across seven sites to quantify the savings Sabien’s M2G would deliver if installed across their estate. The analysis demonstrated gas consumption reductions of 7% with a forecast payback period of just 0.9 years. The M&V project was delivered within the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) framework.
M2G boiler load optimisation controls deliver a 12% reduction in gas costs at NHS Ayrshire & Arran’s Biggart Hospital in Prestwick. The project paid for itself in just 6 months
